Sherri is Chief Academic Officer for the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She earned her Certified Professional Coach (CPC) designation from iPEC, an ICF accredited coach training program in 2011. Sherri serves as an iPEC Faculty Member (Lead Trainer and Mentor Coach).
Sherri's flair for leading and developing others to reach their peak potential was fostered during her successful 30 year corporate
career in the travel and hospitality industry.
She understands first-hand the challenges faced when juggling the responsibilities of career, family, and community. Her energetic and inspiring leadership style helps guide clients powerfully through some of life's trickiest terrain.

Chock full of valuable insights and inspiring life lessons, The Hummingbird Way uses the smallest bird on the planet as a metaphor to share strategies on courage, positive energy, and agility - the qualities we bring to life through self-realization. The concepts in the book are easy to internalize, and simple to apply.
Sherri's action oriented approach to life includes sky diving, SCUBA diving, gourmet cooking, gardening, travel, co-piloting a plane, and running a marathon for the first time at age 46.
Sherri and Larry Gerek were married in 1992. She has two grown stepsons, and four beautiful grandchildren. Sherri loves nature, the outdoors, animals, and the warm, rich relationships shared with family and friends.
Sherri also contributed to two books for Publisher Eric Harvey and Walk The Talk, titled: j"Hey Leader. . . Wake Up and Hear the Feedback", and "Working From a Distance...Being Your Best When You're Not With The Rest."
